ASSR is an initiative of Jnana-Deepa Vidyapeeth to foster creative dialogue between science and religion in Pune. It aims to conduct various programmes and hold conferences to promote healthy interaction between science and religion from Indian perspectives.

Vision

Located in Pune, the cultural and educational hub of India, ASSR dreams of catering to a healthy dialogue between science and religion. Open to the latest scientific and technological discoveries, ASSR tries to rediscover the spiritual heritage of India and of humanity, so that the science and religion may mutually enrich each other and promote the human welfare.The vision is ASSR is to foster creative and critical interaction and dialogue between science and religion in the Indian context, thereby fostering integral development and holistic spiritual depth.

To Reach Us
By Air:
Pune is connected directly by air. If you lan at Pune airport, take a taxi or autorikshaw directly to JDV (about 3 km). 

Pune is also close to Mumbai Airport (4 hours by taxi). If you come to Mumbai (Bombay) airport, please take an airport taxi to reach us. You may have to order airport taxi prior to your departure. Please contact us and we shall book for you an airport taxi.

By Train:
If you arrive by train at Pune Central Railway station, the best way to reach us is to take an autoriksha. Ask them to take you to Ramwadi at Nagar Road. On the right side of the road you will see the board of both JDV and Papal Seminary. The railway station is about 7 km and it costs about Rs. 50.

By Bus:
If you arrive at any bus stand (Swargate, Railway Station, Sivajinagar), the best way to reach us to to take an autoriksha. The cost may vary from Rs. 50 to Rs. 90.
